Are P13w Fog LED bulbs in blue legal?

I asked this in a thread in the F/S section, but not sure how many people read that thread, so I'm asking here.

In looking for replacement P13w LED fog light replacements/options, I came across the blue tinted ones, and thought they would look great on my IBM SS. But I'm curious if anyone knows if they are illegal in any states, or if they might cause me to get pulled over.

Right now, my DRLs are stock, so would only come on during the day, and probably wouldn't attract too much attention, but I'm considering getting a harness to change that.

Any insight would be appreciated!

I found $80 in my jeans pocket. The kid in me said "buy nerf guns and candy!" But then the adult in me said "buy vodka, nerf guns and candy!"

Just ordered a set of white, but they seem bluish to me in photos, I think blues would be too much.

Red and blue are reserved for emergency vehicles in most states but then again a lot of it depends on the mood of the cop. White LED's give off a blue'ish tint from far away but look white up close and I haven't had many problems with mine and driving by police, but again it's all about the mood of the cop.

Yeah I just want them to look closer to the headlight and halo color. On this point I gotta wonder what the General was thinking....

I put blue lense covers over my fog lights on my WS6 and was warned to remove them within 2 days of putting them on.

I ordered "cool white" ones and removed all the white LEDs from the bulbs and soldered ultrabright green ones on in their place. Haven't installed them yet as I'm waiting for my DRL harness, but I hope I don't have issues with JohnQ. I'm putting in a switch too so I can at least toggle them off if I see the fuzz.
