Help Installing RGB Controller

I searched but can't find this answer.
Can anyone please tell me how to hook up the RGB Controller?
Help Installing RGB Controller-rgbcontroller.jpg

I bought LED color changing DRLs for the RS package from DiodeDynamics.com. They are plug and play, but I am not sure how to hook up the RGB controller.
Where do I hook up the red and black wires coming from the RGB controller? Do they go to the battery or fuse box? If they go to the fuse box, where?
I appreciate all the help!

I have a similar setup for my under hood lights I put an inline fuse on the red and connected it to the battery post I have the box inside my cai

I also have my JDP color changing halos connected to my fuse box with two of those add a circuits.
33 and 16 in your fuse box are the ones I used. One is constant on and the other is ignition on I'm not sure which one is which.

Red to positive
Black to ground

Another question............if you add a circuit, how do you know what fuses to use? 10,
15, 20, 25, etc....)?

The colors are controlled by a remote control, I want the power to the actual fog lights to be controlled by a switch to turn on and off at will.
