Replacing DRLS BULBS (NEWBIE)

Hello everyone,

I'm new to this site and new to the Camaro, just bought a 2013 LT and looking to change out the factory bulbs to this 2X White P13W LED Bulbs 18 SMD Chevy Camaro Fog Lamp Driving Light | eBay

Can anyone tell me if they will work with no problems?

Thank you

If you have the RS package (as it sounds you do because your post says DRL and not fog lights) then DO NOT use P13W bulbs. Those are for 2010 thru early 2012s.

You need these: DRL LED bulbs 2012-2013 RS & 2012-2014 ZL1

^^^ Thank you for the prompt response, I notice the bulbs from the link you posted have different wattage...Can I buy anyone of a lower wattage bulb would be best? I am thinking of buying this one PSX26W 6 watt 4300k , also how is the light output at night?

Welcome to the site hope you stay awhile... As for the lights make sure you get the ones "which" ever you purchase that are for a 2013. The tabs that slide into the socket are in different locations than the 2010 - 2012. Ask me how I know, well since you asked I had a 2011 and then the 2013 my bulbs from the 2011 would not fit....

I bought the the harness and the bulbs on Wednesday and received them today. Went with psx26w-6-watt-4300k bulbs, installed everything today...it took me about 30-40mins, because I wasn't able to figure out unhook the wire to connect harness. Everything works. However, I find the DRLS bulbs to be some what yellowish instead of white...will take a picture in the night time.

4300k will some some yellowish to it since its supposed to match up to the stock HIDs. If you want pure white, you need 5000k.

generally looking at them, they wont. However, if you can get a PURE WHITE light, LED or HID and compare them, the stock HID has a slight yellowish appearance to it.
