Driving lights

I'd like to know if there is a way for your driving lights (running lights) to be on the same time your headlights are on?? I've see kits for some cars that you can put in your system and keep them all running at the same time. Just looks better at night and more light is better. Thanks in advance

from what i understand if you have the RS package with halos then you cant put your daytime lights on at the same time as the headlights due to safety issues regarding how bright youd be coming at traffic. i did notice that i can turn off my daytime running lights with the headlight switch though.
