Window Indexing+sleet = Bad time

So it's been cold the last week here in Oklahoma, I found out the slightest bit of freezing moisture will prevent u from closing your doors. Took me 15 minutes in the parking lot to defrost enough to operate the windows. It seems to be sticking to the outer seal. Has this happened to anyone yet? Im beginning to regret having the fancy gadgets.

i got in my truck which i drive on a daily basis, and nearly ripped off the rubber weather stripping when i opened the door this morning. its in the 20s here in Tulsa. and when i pushed the button to roll my window down to open the gate at work, it wouldn't roll!

take a big glass of warm water and pour it on the top of the window to warm it up enough to open, that should help

Pffff...
Last winter I got in my G5 one morning after work (when I had a job) and the thermometer in the DIC said "1"
As in 1 Degree, Fahrenheit. And I had to drive in that.

Kentucky isn't all that Northern.

We have windchill far into the negatives.
Oh happy times.

Same problem at 27 degrees

I had the same problem at 27 degrees and rain that night. The window wouldn't go down until driving it for a few miles. I had a difficult time opening the door because the glass was struck to the weather stripping. I hate to think what it would be like on the few days in teens that we have here in central North Carolina.

I live in Texas now but came here from northwestern PA and one winter it got up to -5 for 2 weeks straight. That was the coldest I have ever been in and the coldest I ever want to be in. That was one reason I moved here.
