service airbag light and message

Last Monday the service airbag light and message in DIC briefly came on. It happened 4 or 5 times more Wednesday morning. I took the Camaro to the dealer and they had to re-program something.

Exact same thing happened to me. Came on periodically throughout the first day and then only intermittent for the next few days. I was due for an oil change, so I had them reset the module for the airbag while it was there and no problems since. Dealer indicated that there were no "recalls" or "bulletins" on the airbag light, but seems a few of us have had the problem.

I had that happen in the G5..and there was a recall for that one if I remember correctly. With the G5 the airbag plug harness was a tad short..if you moved the seat too much it would come unconnected.
