Less than happy, with my brand new 13' camaro...

So... sounds like my **** Camaro has a blown driver side strut....yeah this guy isn't happy. I'll be heading over to the dealer in an hour...I have a little under 500 miles on it.

I can sit in the drivers seat, and shift my weight and hear the front end clunk and squeak. I thought I heard something last night when I was driving it, but I'm sure this morning that something isn't correct. I'll let you all know after I hear back from the dealer.

Well my camaro needs a new driver side strut and strut mount. Dealer has no idea when they will get a replacement in. I guess the strut mount was redesigned for the 2013s...

Also, I guess there is a TSB about the front seats squeaking. They are looking into why my seats are squeaking now.

Slightly less angry, not the happiest. I'll update again after I hear back from the dealer.

Currently my Camaro has more squeaks and creaks than my 99 drag cavalier does...

Well the new strut and mount will be in later this week, possibly Thursday or Friday.

The seats are still making noise after they preformed the TSB correction. The dealer said they are waiting to hear back from GM on the best coarse of action....

I'll update after I hear more.

Good to see you on top of stuff like this Ashley, to me it shows you are compassionate a bought your job and our members/ GM's customers.
Sadly not to many Customer Service reps from other manufactures do it, they should, it would show pride in their product /customers.
