Engine Light/ Rough Start & Idle since exhaust install

I've got a 2011 V6 Camaro RS, and I've done these mods:
cold air intake
long tube headers
flowmaster exhaust

and ever since I've had my long tube headers & exhaust in, the car starts REAL rough, and idles real rough as well, no matter what the weather is outside, cold or warm. It never started hard like this before the install. The engine light came on immediately after the install, which I know is common, but the hard start worries me.
what might the reason be behind the hard start & idle? Is it related to the install? Would a tune fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

Check your exhaust system for leaks. Also, are you using the O2 sensors?
Get the codes read and post them. That'll tell us more. Find out what's going on before you try and tune.
