Employee reviews

I have never had to do this before in my career, but I am now writing performance reviews. I'd prefer to just fire them instead of write about the good and the bad, but human resources says that's not the way to handle it.

I just had to vent a bit.

Yeah, they suck. We have to do them every month in the Marine Corp is you're a fireteam leader or squad leader or such. It's really annoying because a lot of times the performance of the person hasn't changed since your last review. So you spend an hour trying to think of something new to write.
