LOL only 29 Miles on it.

The damage is estimated to be about 2,500 bucks.

With a salvage title it's only worth what you can part it out for, if you plan on restoring it to a street driver.
Because now you have no warranty, and can't insure it in many states.

Salvage title is fine to make a race car out of though.

I question why the insurance company bought it and why it was issued a salvage title with less than $3K in damage. That's silly.

YES, I would. Looks like it sold already though.

I agree...it's strange...not sure how/why they got a salvage title on that.

2010-2SS/RS/LS3/IBM/RP6: ECS-Paxton Supercharger / American Racing Headers & Exhaust / PFADT Suspension / DSS 9" 4.10 Rear / FOR SALE!

Insurance companies are a little dingy sometimes.

It says reserve not met, and no one even bid, so it may still be for sale. the number is somewherre near the bottom of the page.

here in ohio if you buy a salvage car you can get it reinspected after you complete the work. Then you get a rebuilt title for it. If your a dealer you can fix it to make it road legal or whatever and put dealer plates on it to cruz around!

just some thoughts and ideas!

hmmm that is a possibility, but the dealer never said anything about that. We have to remember that dealers are always truthful, though. lol

That's a possibility.
But then I'd think the damage estimate would be a lot higher.
