how's he do that can thing? just tried it, now my head hurts and the can's only half crushed...

well for your imaginative entertainment i tried again and got the can crushed.. but only by putting the can directly on top of my head and pulling down as hard as i could with both hands... it was still very painful...

squeeze the sides of the can to crumple it beforehand (while in motion to the head), should help a lot

Yeah I did it once with the 16oz energy drink cans, I did mine with force of course and crushed it, but you should crumple it a little as you smash it on your head.
