CAMARO TOMORROW!

My buddy called and the shop is done rebuilding my tranny. Dropped it off sunday night, and they finished today. They want $1400 and I'm only putting in a few hundred.

I haven't driven my car--like a camaro should be driven--in a good month and a half. I'm so excited! I'm off work tomorrow so it's getting a bath and I'm gonna post some pics and videos! I know it's not like receiving a 5thgen, but waiting for your car sucks! Just hope the rebuild will hold out, my buddy (Old GM Tech) referred them to me so I know it's gonna be good.

Random thread...just excited!

Congrats on getting the Camaro on the road. The more you have to wait for stuff like this, the more patience you will get. We just sold our 02 Z convert Sunday and we are already are having separation anxiety. A good friend bought it so we can see it and visit.

Well good luck with it! Provided there wasn't any damage to the case or other hard parts with new clutches steels etc it should be good as new. Did he upgrade anything or build it back to stock?

Yeah the weather blows, but I have a few "driving" roads I like and they all happen to be dry so the camaro gods are looking down on me.

VIDS/PICS up in my 1000k post thread! (Tonight or IDK when lol.)

We rebuilt it back to stock I think...there was a shiftkit involved but I don't know how he went with it. I hope it's stock because it's my DD and I just want to cruise in it.
