Labor Day weekend

With the end of another Labor Day weekend The NJ summer season is over but at least all the shoobies have gone home so I can find an easy parking spot and no more long lines at my favorite places. I hoped everyone had a good summer Now the short empty days of fall and winter will be upon us shortly.

I will be glad when the cool air comes....it has been over 100 most of the summer and my wife has only taken 3 rides on the motorcycle this year compared to 11,000miles last year.
I am very happy summer is over

needs no explanation

This has been the first summer since 1984 that I've had time to enjoy the summer.

hahah Shoobies... I haven't heard that word in a while.

Well, I managed to go an entire summer without stepping foot on a beach. Now for the hard part. Winter.

Still a wannabe.

I'm with Lou on this one, this summer has been toooooo hot and tooooo dry. I'm glad the fall and winter are coming, at least it won't be 100 plus degress out here, and being originally from Michigan, I don't miss snow, snow sucks for many many reasons.

I'm always glad to see Labor day though, to me, it means I'm off of work for the whole week because I always take the entire week of Memorial day and Labor day to relax and chill.
