Tasca's Cobra Jet Mustang in the 9.40s

With Camaros about 1 second behind them

We've received word that Tasca Ford's 2009 Mustang Cobra Jet has run into the 9.40s in recent testing. If this is accurate (and we have little to no reason to suspect otherwise) than it makes their CJ the quickest by a ton and a half.

The best numbers we have seen out of other cars have been in the low 9.60s, so a 9.40 pass, especially one in the low 9.40s is a literal cannon shot.

The scariest part of this deal is that the Tasca boys aren't done yet. How quick are these things, anyway?

the big question is how much did they have to spend to get it where it is. I am sure if i had an unlimited amount of money it wouldnt take to terribly long to match it in a camaro. Just takes time and money, and a little smarts

Order: 2010 1LT Camaro Inferno Orange with Black Rally Strips

It takes quite a bit of time and money to get any vehicle like that into the 9s, GM/Ford/Chrysler included
