Who likes to drink alcoholic beverages?

I need your help...

Some of you don't have to think twice when you go out to purchase beer or whatnot, but there are some of us who have an unfortunate predicament. In PA, you can only purchase beer from a distributor. You can not purchase beer from the grocery store, convenience store, etc. You either have to go to a distributor and get a full case, or a limited amount restaurant/bars have 6 packs to go. It is the same for liquor and wine. This is only available from state-run stores, so it's even more difficult to purchase. These places are also closed on Sunday.

This didn't bother me as much as it does now until I returned back to PA after living in VA. This is ridiculous and annoying -- and a pathetically "old boys club" political law. With the holidays and entertaining, I'd like to get different family members what they like, but purchasing an entire case to just get a few beers is asinine.

One of the largest convenience store chains is attempting to get this law changed. PLEASE help, especially if you're in PA.

Back when I was in HS (Last Year ) and I worked at walmart. Out of state people would pull up to me all the time while I cleaned up the lot asking where they could buy beer, or if they could buy beer inside the store. I told them no and tried to think of places to buy beer or hard stuff. At 10 at night...

I couldn't think of any.

In Louisiana we have drive through Daiquiri places. You can purchase liquor in gas stations. One time I went to Texas, forgot where I was, and went up to customer service in a grocery store and asked where the hell the liquor was and they lady looked at me like I was crazy. Good luck on the law changes.
