Our latest rod's finished

This was an on and off project Dad and I have been toying in between other cars, but one of my favorites. This was a 1971 VW Beetle Sedan, and has now gone topless. We cut the roof off, capped the doors, dechromed it, smooth hood, 4" wider fenders, roll bar, and a few other cool things. I took these pictures while I was on vacation this week only to show where I got the color inspiration, yes inferno orange metallic, people just love that car, I took it to a show and let my wife drive in the Camaro, and we just had a blast watching people punch each other all night...Now my Dad got the fever and just starting working a 71 convertible...Hope you all like it....

Thanks alot Eric, it was a fun project. That Little car is super fun to drive, I wanted a lake car to drive back and forth from my place to the lake, it's cool because you can park it anywhere...lol.
