Canadian Dark Beer?!?

I have a question to my friends from the great white north. I drink Shiner Bock which is a dark beer made here in the great state of Texas! What would you recommend I drink while I partake in the BBOMG next weekend? Dont get me wrong...free and cold have and will always be my favorites, but there has to be something you would recommend to this Texas out of towner
... I have had Kokanee and enjoyed it, but I prefer a dark beer...

I haven't had a decent Guiness in Canada........hang on a mo-I can't say I've a really decent beer in Canada, everything in North America is soo **** fizzy!!!
Unfortunately, anything half decent is normally made by the smaller breweries that don't appear outside of their province!!

Good luck

If I'm going to hell, I'll go on a Buell
