Ooops

Since Envy's at the dealership, I decided to take the Mustang to the store today. When I was backing out of the garage, I forgot it was trash day, and I backed right into our trash cans. It's just a couple of small scratches and with 11 coats of clear coat, I'm sure it will buff right out. So here's the question.

Should I

A. Tell my husband what I did

B. Wait until he drives it and then go WTF

C. Never say a word

So what do you think? What would you do?

Of course I'll tell him the truth. I just thought it would be funny to make him think he did it first. He has put the first dent (not scratch) in every car I ever owned so I owed him one.

Now, maybe he won't be afraid to drive Envy.

hahah wait till you know that he's going to drive the car and put the trash cans back out in the driveway and then just as he's about to hit them yell at him to stop, get out and knock the can over yourself and then show him the scratch that he put in the stang

welcome to alberta we eat cow, drill oil and rope calves

wants to push you down a flight of stairs to see if you are like a slinky or if you bounce like a ball... either way, I am quite sure I will be amused

Me thinks...I like the way you think.

However, we might be exposing ourselves a little too much here.

hahah ya hubby and i do crap like that to each other all the time. the worst/best one is that one of us will be backing the big trailer into the shop so the rigs don't get wet if it rains, well you can't see **** let alone the end of the shop so the other of us is there guiding them in. whoever is doing the guiding in usually reaches out and slams their hand on the side of the truck. scares the crap out of us each time no matter who's driving

i'm full of all sorts of ideas so if you want help plotting we'll take it to pm

Unfortunately, with a custom paint job and 11 coats of clear, that ain't gonna work.

But how about this...I could take one of his tools off the wall and lay it on the ground by where the scratch is and then see how long it takes him to tell me what he did.

Hopefully you men get the point of this thread. I would never lie to my husband and I hold him to the same high standards.

But if you have anymore good ideas...I could use the laugh.
