2010 Camaro SS 15th Birthday Surprise

Description on Youtube:

"My wife and I ordered this 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS as a surprise birthday gift for our fifteen year old son. This was a complete surprise and he had absolutely no idea that the car was his, enjoy the video. On another note, I appreciate everyone's concern for his well-being, however I think it is more responsible for a parent to teach a teenager how to drive than to pretend that theyre not going to drive fast. The car is not the danger; an inexperienced driver is usually what causes injury or death, regardless of their age."

hopefully he will be taking a defensive driving course. after taking my 3 day course at MidOhio, i think every teenager needs to take a defensive driving course. when i have kids they will be doing it for sure. theres alot more to a car than 426hp. thats kinda irresponsible on the parents behalf.

DAD: "well we know you have been getting your temps in your moms mini van, but we wanted to buy you this camaro because it the largest jump in performance we could afford. enjoy son! when you die, try to keep your limbs entact so we can have an open casket ceremony!"

repost...and this kid is incredibly spoiled. No 15 year-old should be handed a Camaro when some people 3 times his age who have wanted one all their life can't afford one.

Commitment= attending college
Action= graduating
Dream= graduating college with a new Camaro

I do remember a post awhile back that had this and there was a huge discussion on how spoiled and what not about the kid

Wish I could have been handed that when I was 15. I've been workin my ass off for years and still can barely afford one as it is now. Spoiled lil kids.

this car shouldnt be any kids first car. my first car was a new 99 camaro, but it was a v6. never wrecked it. i loved the car. but the ss is way too much for a 15 year old. hell probably wreck it if it hasnt been wrecked yet.

My first car was a busted up 1988 oldsmobile cutlass calais with 150HP Quad4.

Giving a 15 year old a beast like that is just...not smart.
Also..hell..I wish my parents had that kinda money..they could have put me through college.
