Winter "Get Ready" List

so i'm sure a few others out there are starting to feel the crunch to get everything winterized and tucked away for the next 4-6 months

figured it would be fun to compare lists of what everyone has to do in order to batton down the hatches and get ready

here's my list

- finish vaccuming/sweeping the floor in the garage that i'm storing the camaro in
-detail the dually and get the railway ties loaded into the back
-detail the camaro before putting it into it's winter home
-get the chimney cleaned
-load up on firewood (probably end up buying a chord and hauling it one truck load at a time)
-install the forced air heater for the dogs in the other garage
-check all of the fluid levels (including coolant temps) on the buggy's, give them a final greasing and going over before they sit again
-take down all my solar lights for winter storage
-maybe try to straighten the wire on the fence before the snow hits (providing i can get a good freeze on the ground without snow)
-winterize the tractor
-walk the fence line again to make sure there are no breaks in the wire

aaaaaaaan hubby is out of town again for god knows how long. so looks like i'm on my own to get the majority of this done in the next couple weeks.

anyone wanna come over and help haul firewood

hahhaah ya there is a part of me that enjoys coming out of a corner sideways in the dually and watching peoples eyes get huge as it keeps moving towards them sideways taking up both lanes

I took my boat out today for it's end of season run. I plan to winterize it in November. I sure am glad I got the Camaro last November so I can have fun year 'round.
