how can they have the right to crush someones car for racing?
even though they may be "rice burners" i have seen a few in my day that put many vipers, vettes, mustangs and camaros to shame. never underestimate.

I agree its a little over kill to smash the car just send it to a police impound and part it out.

Amazing how that crane went for the radiator and took it out like nothing.

I guess the laws in Canada (or maybe just Ontario) are harsh!

wow i bet the owners of those cars got caught on a second offence for street racing

the fines for second offence within a 10 yr time span is $10,000 in Ont and my guess is that they didn't have the money to pay the fine and got the cars taken away in lue of that

and then for fun they crushed them lol

but that's just my guess as to why they got crushed, but i know the numbers for the fines are accurate cuz Ont has the highest fines in Canada for street racing

welcome to alberta we eat cow, drill oil and rope calves

wants to push you down a flight of stairs to see if you are like a slinky or if you bounce like a ball... either way, I am quite sure I will be amused

Stupid and Wasteful

Takes a lot of gas to make a new car. All those good parts going to waste.
Would rather see bigger fines or jail time for the street racers. They will just build another car.

they shouldnt even be able to take the cars and part them out. the car is in the drivers name or the banks name. they shouldnt have authority to take over title. the only thing that should be done, if they cant pay the fine is impound the car and put a lean on the car until it is paid. thats just rediculous to crush a car for racing. and how $hitty would it be if you got your car crushed for just plain out speeding when they thought you were racing? id be livid. id blow up that impound lot.....
