Vegas!

My wife and I are going to Vegas from Thursday to Sunday for a little vacation. Neither of us have ever been and we want to know what we should try to fit in our schedule, as well as where we should go eat (In-N-Out is obviously already on the list). Neither of us are big drinkers or gamblers so we are looking for other reasonably priced things to do. Thanks for any suggestions

2011 Synergy Green Metallic 1SS Camaro:
RS Package, White Ralley Stripes, Premium Sound.
Mods; Flowmaster Exhaust, Vararam CAI, Pfadt Sport Suspension, Budnik "Ice" Wheels, Nitto Invo tires
Upcoming Mods; Custom grill and badging.

Only been there once and all I did was drink and gamble...so I got NUTHIN!

Just kidding. Check out before you go what shows are going on that you would be interested in and it's ALWAYS REALLY fun to just walk the strip and do some major people watching.

Most of all, HAVE FUN!

^^^ What that guy said about the shows. Definitely!

I live here in Vegas, and there's a lot of stuff to do here that no one ever thinks of. Here's a list:

Top Shows:
Elvis (Cirque De Soleil) @ Aria
Love (Cirque De Soleil) @ Mirage
Terry Fator @ Mirage
KA (Cirque De Soleil) @ MGM
Blue Man Group @ The Venetian

Attractions:
Stratosphere Tower (Amusement rides on top)
Fremont street Experience - Light show every hour on the hour, (Plus there's a zip line ride)
Bellagio Fountains
Hoover Dam
Circus Circus Adventure Dome
Mirage Volcano
Ferrari/Masaratti dealership at Wynn

Shopping:
Forum Shops at Ceasars
Fashion Show Mall
Town Square (good restaurants/bars too)
City Center Mall
Las Vegas Outlet Center

Dining:
M Resort Buffet (Free Beer and Wine)
Capriotti's (Voted best sandwich in the country for the "bobbie")
Pepe's Tacos, Roberto's, or Fausto's (very good mexican fast food)
Hash House A GO GO (good breakfast)
Hard Rock Cafe (Las Vegas classic)
Buca de Pepo (Family style italian)

Have fun on your trip. Take these few items as suggestions. Do some more research, and I'm sure you'll have a great time here.

Thanks for the advice, we are kind of going to wing some of it (we are normally planners, but we did enough of that for the honeymoon). A couple of those things were on our list though.

RS Package, White Ralley Stripes, Premium Sound.
Mods; Flowmaster Exhaust, Vararam CAI, Pfadt Sport Suspension, Budnik "Ice" Wheels, Nitto Invo tires

Yeah sometimes winging it is the best thing to do on vacation. You'll never know what you find. Just try to stay on the main streets around central Vegas and Dowtown Vegas. Vegas is spectacular but it's still a city like any other, and it does have its less than glamorous parts.

BTW... I just noticed your user name. If your wife lets you bring your sticks, there's A LOT of golf courses around here. I think we have the most holes of golf per square mile or something like that. I usually play the Anthem courses, Rio Secco, Tuscany, or Boulder Creek. There's also a couple really nice courses out near the Nevada/California border at Prim. It's about an hour outside of town.

Unfortunately no sticks this time, we didn't have a long honeymoon due to a lack of leave, so we decided to add a small vacation on this fall to make up for it. I did get to play some golf on my honeymoon in Kauai, so I consider myself lucky for that.
