HEY U GUYZ!

I'M Back.I have some things I'd like to tell yall.
First I finally graduated basic and ait after tearing my right acl back on march 4th,2010.i went through surgery and 7 months of rehab.still hurts mind you.i also graduated one year to the day after i got hurt(3-4-11).I also lost 2 guys i went to basic with not even 24hrs after they graduated.
Cooke was 19 and in my platoon and Castiluccio was 21.After the graduation cermony that ended around 11am 3-4-11,we had a 14hr bus ride from ft.knox,ky to ft.stwart,ga.well the night previous due to the fact that everyone was in the process of packing and cleaning up their belongings and the barracks many didn't sleep at all or got less than 5hrs of rest.well Castiluccio and Cooke decided to after we got there at 1:30 or so in the morning after we got our barracks room keys to rent a car and drive down to florida somewhere and pick up Castiluccio's car.well somewhere either on the way to or from florida either one or both fell asleep and wrecked and died.
I knew cooke a lil bit but i didn't speak much to him.he was infact a kid,he hadn't fully matured mentally and it's a shame he's no longer with us.he went through the same hell i did for 16wks and i nearly expected people i went to basic with to die in combat not like this but god had other plans for him.

at any rate I recently bought myself a 2006 FORD F-150 4.6L V-8 RWD Styleside dark blue with 57,650 miles.i have a love/hate relationship with it.I love it for ther practicallity and usefullness it's shown since i bought it but hate the gas mileage it gets

anyway i know i haven't been on this site in a very long time and i thought i'd pop in and say hi!.

Peace

****!! OL Veterans come out the woodwork when i post(i mean that in a respectful way). It's been awhile since i been on last and i'm plain shocked to see you 54.but yeah both of 'em died,i feel needlessly.we got there on a friday night/early saturday morning.the car could have waited until that next weekend cuz it was a 4 day due to saint patrick's day.like the CSM said he didn't mind them going to florida, they should have had a plan in place and been well rested

Make sure you stay on the weight. It was tough for me and I finally got out at around 225 because I just couldn't keep consistent about it. PT in the morning, special pops at night and even a half hour during lunch. It did not turn out so bad though I switched over to be a DoD Civilian instead. Congrats and thanks for your service. Sorry to hear for your loss.

Why are you shocked? Portion control is the first key. No fried foods and more veggies.
