anyone ever heard of silverline exhaust?

my brother just bought a used 09 challenger v6. Upon doing a routine check to see details on the car he purchased it with a "Silverline" true dual exhaust. i understand having any type of dual with the Chrysler 3.5L poses no improvement compared to a single exhaust, but I'm flabbergasted on where it came sounds very nice. it also had the mopar CAI and 18" cragar ss's totally a nice car...i would have preferred he got a camaro but I'm just glad he bought a domestic car instead of bmw's he was looking at.
(He just wanted a car that looks good, no interest in performance since he's not racing)
