Looks like the paint is worn on the door.

FYI, there were a lot of those in service in CA just a few years ago, so I wouldn't be surprised if it WAS a police vehicle.

Still legal in 16 states. It's happy. It's fun. It's Happy Fun Car.
Do not taunt Happy Fun Car.

I think they f'd the doors up when they stripped the black paint back off.
Still, it's cool.

There used to be a couple 4th Gen police cars around these parts back in the day, too.
