car chrisis....

Ok, so i have a dilema.
1) My Hummer is up on lease in august. it will have less than 50k on it by that time. its loaded with every option. buy out is only 24k.
2) My 01 silverado plow truck is....not looking so good. 264k on the odometer. rust all over the rockers. i feel like i put more money in it than i make from plowing. not sure how much more i got out of the motor.so im concidering selling the truck.

so my options are
A= buy out the Hummer and keep the plow truck but put a new motor in and do any more work that it may need.
B= buy the hummer and sell the plow truck and then buy a new 2011 Silverado/sierra 2500 W/T with plow already on it. i can use money from old truck and 5k on GM credit card toward new vehicle.by the time i need the plow truck, GM may offer 0% loans again.I actually found a 2011 sierra 2500 extended cab W/T with a new myers plow for 32k.
C= dont buy the Hummer, Sell the plow truck and buy a 2011-2012 Sierra/silverado 2500 LTZ Crew cab, put a plow on it for the winter and only have 1 truck instead of the 2. possibly throw some larger tires on, lift kit. since theres no way a crew cab with a plow will fit in my garage. let alone a base crew cab.
so help me out and give me some pointers. im running out of time.

also, take into concideration that i have 2 big rottweilers that i need to transport every now and then. and the fact that i could still buy out the Hummer and just flip it to make some money. going rate on it is about 30K in its condition, to sell it quick.

my vote goes to giving the hummer back in aug and selling the plow truck and buying an ltz and lifting it

but hey i'm partial to lifted trucks what can i say. not sure if your hummer is diesel or gas, but if you get a good deal on an ltz diesel (2500HD) you may even see some fuel savings down the road when you are out and about plowing

oh and if my opinion counts any further and you do get an ltz diesel it best be black

I voted for selling both to get a nice LTZ-trim truck.

But it all depends on how much you like the Hummer, really!

money is an issue. i have many different things i need to take into concideration. my wife drives my hummer when it snows really bad. if i get the LTZ she wont be able to drive my truck if i have to plow.
also, my hummer is a 6.0 gas motor. no diesel. if i get the LTZ or even the w/t 2500 it will be a 6.0. i wish it were the diesel but i just dont need it really.
as far as color, either black or white. it its the W/T it will be white. if its the LTZ it will be black for sure.

i love the hummer. i guess since im wanting to sell the 02 plow truck anyways, that im thinking i could get a brand new LTZ crew cab and get rid of the hummer and have a brand new, full warranty truck. either route i go i think i will be getting the new 2500, just not sure if it will be the daily driver or work truck.
is the wheel base longer on a crew cab short bed compared to a extended cab short bed?
