Yeah. Nicely done. A new ElCamino would go over well I would think.

Thanks

There was a time when I thought the same, and was really stoked when Pontiac considered bringing the Holden Ute to the US. The reality is that an "El Camino" type vehicle would simply be to much of a niche vehicle for today's market. The mini truck killed the El Camino the first time around and today's market just doesn't have room for another truck... especially a specialty model.

I miss my El Camino's, I had a '64, a'67, a '76 and a new 1977 SS special ordered by me as my "company car. I loved them all and IMO they would be a good "truck" to return to the market place. I wanted another one so bad that I waited too long to by a SSR, and they quit making them too.

If I could order one today, I would and make it my daily driver.

I'm considering adding a used SSR to my garage. Of course, I'm considering a bunch of others too.

There ya go Capturing the essence of the ElCamino. I like the texture of the pavement/pebbles reflected in the chrome, and the blackness of the right side to drive your eyes from right to left. Very sharp, great color, great balance.
I'd poster size it, frame it and hang it the man cave
