Barn find's, no more, people are finding them ! "its a rare thing any more" !
If you do find one the farmer wants way to much or won't part from it
Sadly a lot of them rust away...............

Reminds me of the neighbor's barn growing up

1969 Cobra GT500 428CJ under 40,000 miles on it
1969 Mach 1 Red
1970 Mach 1 Yellow but looked almost white
late 50s-early 60s Ford pickup.
1930s cars of some kind
Galaxy 500 427ci rusting beside the house
1969 Sting Ray Corvette

The barn cars were taken out every year or so and ran up and down the road and put back in.

Other neighbor's boys and girl had a couple Boss 302s and one Boss 429(wrecked it around pole)

It was always nice to find those older Firebirds, Buick GS, El Caminos, Chevelles sitting under a carport or inside a shed. Most owners held on to them for a reason I found when I inquired.

Some people have very good reasons, for them.
Found a 1967 Chevelle SS396, 4 speed, yellow with black vynal top....1843.2 miles on it. It belonged to "James Jr" who bought it when he was dafted to Vietnam in late 1966. He was killed after a year over there and his parents put the car up on jackstands and there it sat till 2001 when it was all sold in probate court when the last surviving parent died.

No one could offer any price for it and many tried and failed.

Never found where the car went.....too bad.
