Post your favorite hot sauces!

My favorite hot/spicy sauces:

Thai rooster sauce


Dave's Insanity Sauce (To cook with, not to eat.)


Chinese hot mustard OR Coleman's dry mustard(Great on ham and cheese sandwiches, deli subs.)


Milder:
Pace Medium salsa (My wife likes this one, I add a bit more peppers to it)

Just stay away from Da Bomb Ground Zero. That's some evil stuff.

My daily driver:



Stuff I drip SPARINGLY on pizza sometimes for the ultimate kick:



Just can't taste anything for a while afterward!

I dont have a pic but this is my recipe for AJI PICANTE ( Colombian hot sauce )

1 seeded small red habanero pepper
cup white vinegar
cup water
teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
cup chopped fresh cilantro
cup chopped fresh parsley
cup chopped scallions
cup chopped tomato

Found this very interesting how hot some of these are...

The Scoville Heat Scale for Chilli Peppers and Hot Sauces from ChilliWorld. Compare relative heats all the way to Blair's 6 A.M. - pure capsaicin.

Sorry guys, I think tabasco's nasty.

Habanero and cayenne are two of my favorites.

I forgot my current favorite!

Lots of great flavor.


Hot is easy... Hot that tastes good is quite a bit harder.
