I have only one comment. Wear a helmet. I almost lost a friend in a bike accident. If he had not been wearing his helmet, he would have died. He still has the helmet and scars as proof.

I last rode in the late 80's. I always wear a helmet, gloves, some type of jacket (depending on weather) and boots. Never ride in shorts.

I've wrecked several motorcycles, sold my last one after 5 straight days of people pulling out in front of me almost wrecking me. This town is oblivious to bikes.

This is my dream bike right now....Harley Night Rod

I found $80 in my jeans pocket. The kid in me said "buy nerf guns and candy!" But then the adult in me said "buy vodka, nerf guns and candy!"

Yamaha makes great motorcycles, I started racing motocross in 1972 on a Yamaha JT2 60. Ive owned Yamaha YZ250's for motocross racing and they (yamaha) are bulletproof. I raced for over 20 years. Ive also owned a Yamaha R1 which is a absolute missle and my best buddy rode a Yamaha Road Star and it absolutely never broke. Yamaha Star motorcycles hold their value and you will be glad you purchased one. I always wanted a Road Star Warrior but never bought one because of the prices and if I couldnt own a Yamaha today I would buy a Harley, they have come a longgg way from what they used to be.

Now that's the spirit!!

Rode the cruiser side of things for 10 years on a Kawi Mean Streak. Always had and will have a naked/urban/sport bike in the stable. Currently have a Ducati Monster S4RS & a Triumph Thruxton. Cruiser was fun but I rode mine waaaay too hard for a power cruiser.
