Just picked up my camaro

Hey all, I am brand new to these forums, not even sure if I am posting in the right place, but I just purchased a 2013 1LT with the upgraded wheels, v6 camaro... I already ordered my MRT 2.0 exhaust and already have a appointment on saturday to start blacking everything out, I owned a 2010 camaro before and had everything blacked out but got rid of it, so my journey begins again! I would love to share a picture, but i only see an option to insert a URL, is there a way i can just upload a picture directly from my desktop?

You can either host from a website and use the yellow square above the post window or for a pic from your desktop you need to scroll down below your post (when you go to edit or when making a new one) to find the "manage attachments" button and upload there. The pics come out as thumbnails when using the latter option so most choose to create a Photobucket or Flickr or similar account and post from there.

Oh and Welcome back to the Camaro fold!

Welcome and congrats on the new Camaro. Good luck keeping the black clean. It is beautiful when it is clean but it is tough keeping it that way.

Enjoy!!!

Thank you all for your warm welcomes!--- question for you guys--- how do you feel about putting vinyl on my hood? like a gun metal color--- either over the hood scoop, or the whole hood--- and by that question i mean, do you think vinyl will look ok? and which do you think would look better, I cannot find a picture of the two for the life of me

If you want it to last and not have to worry about it fading, cracking, developing spots etc, I would have it painted and not use vinyl at all. Vinyl will last longer on vertical sides of your car but not on the horizontal flat surfaces. Also you have to be careful of wax getting on a non glossey vinyl. Paint is more expensive but will last and is very easy to take care of. Just my 2 cents.

Welcome! And nice 1LT!

No offense to anyone, but I'm glad my state doesn't require front license plates- I feel sorry for those who have to have one on the front of their beautifully designed front-ends.
