WHAAAAAT?!?!?! Eff that, they should be getting him a ZL1 and then some money for him having to pay on a car that was totaled. In my opinion that is the dealers fault completely.. The only thing that sucks is it's just like insurance they won't cover the mods that you put into your car and people know this when they start down the mod road. BUT they should be giving him a slightly used ZL1 and reimburse him for the payments he has been making.

They by far should be trying to work with him the best they can for something like that happening to his car when it was in their possession. That's completely irresponsible on their part and they should be having to pay big for it.

Yeah, He has been dealing with this for awhile. The car they offered him, to PURCHASE I might add, had been in an accident and they did not reveal. He found out after purchasing a CARFAX on the vehicle.

This Dealership is really screwing up royally! I just read about this on Yahoo's home page. Do they have any idea how many people will be seeing this story now? This dealership will never be able to recoup from all of the bad publicity it will get from being such jerk offs, and rightly so!
I think it is time for GM to step in, give the customer a brand new car, and then deal with the dealership from with in.
This dealership is not only screwing the customer, but inadvertently gives a black mark to GM.
