Challenger on the dyno

Chrysler asked my buddy to help dyno a Challenger at his shop a few months back. He wasn't allowed to share any images until now. Still no numbers to share yet....

I noticed that is a R/T, not a SRT-8. Thats the smaller V8, right? Were you there to hear it run? How did it sound?

Bob Lutz: "There's no doubt that a design-driven philosophy is the only one that will work. People who are not sensitive to design, people who don't care about vehicles, people who view a vehicle as an appliance, they just default to Toyota. We will never win that one."

AFAIK, 2008 Challengers are going to be SRT-8s...at least from Chrysler's information. I'm assuming this is a test mule so if it's a 2008 mule, it's an srt-8...if it's for another powertrain project for 09 and beyond, who really knows?

I was not there when it ran. Yes, it was a Chrysler test car.
I'm interested in numbers as well, but they aren't allowed to discuss the details.

Glad I wasn't the only one thinking that. Darnit, I wish this had been a video. I was hoping for a video. *sigh* I'll just have to be patient I guess. Oh well.

Still a wannabe.

Nothing too exciting about watching just one wheel spin.
