What I'm currently working on

Here is our newest project. 1974 Stingray. It will go together fast from this point, but I haven't been spending too much time on it. Today my carb buddy put his touches on the tune and its running great.

I like that shade of blue. Where did that come from? GM? What's the paintcode?

Bob Lutz: "There's no doubt that a design-driven philosophy is the only one that will work. People who are not sensitive to design, people who don't care about vehicles, people who view a vehicle as an appliance, they just default to Toyota. We will never win that one."

Well its sort of a custom paint mix. The color is saturn cobalt blue .To accent body lines/ edges it was sprayed silver. Front bumper and rear bumper were glassed over to hide seams along with side marker lights and rear deck to get rid of rack. It was topped off with 2 gal of clear.

What are the details on the engine trans combo? What wheel tire combo do you plan on going with? And what are you going to make it into a weekend cruiser? Some 18" Torque thrusts would look good on it. I don't usually like that body style but I'm liking that. It is begging for an LS1 swap too.

The wheels and tires are already on the car. It will be a week end cruiser. It has a brand new GM crate 350 with a turbo 400 trans.
