IPOD QUESTION

If anyone here who owns one i have a few questions

1.can i use an i-pod to download songs from ANY computer.(my home computer is a compaq)

2.besides the i-pod is there any special equipment or adapters i need for it to work(download)

1. If you are referring to manufacturer then yes! all you need is to download itunes. which is free...

2. You will need the cable that should come with it that is usb on one end and ipod connection on the other... other than that nothing but you might want to pick up a wall charger because the ipod doesnt charge when the computer isnt on....

the only other thing is you can only have songs from one itunes library at a time. what i mean is that if you have all of your songs from your home computer synced to your ipod and then you plug it into another computer and sync it with that one it will erase the songs from your computer and replace them with the other itunes library. But all you have to do to get yours back is sync it back to yours

Plug your ipod into your computer it will download Itunes by itself when it finds new hardware

use whatever type of music source online you want or cd's that you may have.

the above link will allow you to download music from your ipod to soemone elses computer without itunes's bogus 5 computer limit


worked wonders when i swapped pc's and couldnt xfer any music due to my HD crashing, thank god for that software though
