My 2011 2LT/RS

Well folks, here she is. My 2011 CGM 2LT/RS. I was on the fence between picking up a 2011 leftover off the lot and ordering a 2012. I went back and forth for weeks untill I came accross this beauty on the lot. It was like a puppy in a window, how could I say no? Well, anyway, I've been modding slowly as funds allow. I started with cosmetics and am starting to get to performance.

Here are my mods to date:
-Painted front and rear bowties
-Removed red paint from RS logos
-Painted brake calpiers
-Roto Fab CAI
-JacFab license plate bracket
-Painted engine cover and fuse cover
-Tinted marker lights

What's on the list:
-JBA shorties
-JBA axle back
-Embroider headrests
-30% tint
-AAC plasma DRL bulbs
-Convert to all LED bulbs
-Relocate washer bottle and add scoop for CAI
-lloyd's floormats
-Whatever else I decide to spend money on...

These are all iphone pictures. More to come with a *real* camera. Stay tuned!

I finally decided on a paint scheme for my engine cover too. After looking at hundreds of picks and not being able to choose a color that went well with my CGM paint, I just went monochrome. All CGM. I like it so far, have to see what it looks like on the car. While I was at it, I did the fuse cover too.

That works! Maybe run black striping comin off the black bowtie circle. Or even blue to tie in with the bowties and brake calipers.

Looks good.. How did you get the red paint from the inside of the SS emblems.

I used a small flat head screwdriver to scrape it out. Worked pretty well.

Thanks all. Here are the pics of the painted engine and fuse covers. Also one of the JacFab license plate bracket. It's a great product for someone like me who is too chicken to go without a front plate!
