I saw a tuner about 3 weeks ago to get a full tune done on my 2010 Camaro. He said he wasn't able to do a complete tune at the time because the software needed to be updated, so I should just check back in 1-2 weeks about coming back for another run. I was told this second run would be at no additional charge (I already paid in full). Anyway I've e-mailed twice and called several times around the time they usually open and have not been able to get a response from anyone at the shop. The answering machine is always full so I can't leave a message ("memory full" says the answering machine), still no e-mail response, and their web page message has been changed to a black screen with the message "please check back with us later". Seems like maybe he closed up shop shortly after taking my money? He must of had like 10 cars in various stages of turbo, supercharger and headers installation, so it would have to be pretty freakin unlikely that's actually what happened, but I don't know.
Is there maybe a city department that I could call to verify he's still running the business? Would have been nice if he had mentioned if getting back in touch "in the next 2 weeks" was actually possible.
