Here is some more pics. The cog belt will be here in the am ,and after that, I will finish up the air intake with filter setup and install the cover plate and it's done.I had the blow off Valve welded to the intercooler and the cog pulley cut down to appx. 42mm and it fits great.

Good choice on the cog drive, eliminate the problem belt slippage before it starts, you just saved yourself about 2 months of time there. Is there a target rwhp on this build? Or are you guestimating a range? So far, I'd guess at 1100+ depending on the fuel system and exhaust restriction. I'm not a mechanic, and I didn't stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

|[email protected]||A little update. The intercooler setup is mounted and plumbed. The blower unit fits nicely in its location and the best part, I will be able to install a air filter on her. Basicly, the setup looks like any other C5/C6 with a procharger. Other than having to get the Blower cog pulley milled down to 30mm wide, everything else is a normal bolt on Procharger Blower kit. I have done nothing out of the ordinary or fabricated nothing. A true F2 Procharger Cog Driven Bolt in kit. Everything I have got has been from Procharger! I will post up pics this evening.|
