Not sure if you mean on the Coupe or prior concept versions of the convertible.

On the coupe it is in the back window.

On the previous versions of the Convertible it was a whip antenna. The whip got extremely negative response when they released concept pictures so they figured out how to use the spoiler.

there are alot more safety items & electronics now then there were in 2001, not to mention bigger brakes and wheels...and mustangs have always been lighter than camaros.

ejw71 Guess I meant compared to earlier Camaros. The 2011 V6 Mustang weights 275 lbs less the the 2011 V6 Camaro. Why? The LS V8's RPO is L99. What is the RPO for the V6?

hotrodhoodrat I think I might know what your asking (?), the V6's are lighter than the V8's even with the LS3/ L99's on ether Camaro, parts on a V6 (block is smaller too) are smaller on V6's, breaks and tiers and other parts because of the HP & weight.
I hope that's what you needed other wise I have no clue, we need more info.
