So I guess it all depends on what you want and how you want to drive it. I have however had the Camaro at 143mph going down the highway.
3 over the limit? watch out!!!!! j/k ... If I'm on the interstate, I'm usually running about 9 over, depends who is in front of me (and in VA, over 80 will get you a reckless driving, so I usually have cruise at about 77 in a 70) ... when I brought it home from SC I was running close to 80 a lot of the way and think I got 22.5 (V8 also)

CRF8 most dealers have a policy of not checking for gas mileage issues until a car is broken in, not sure what that is but its more than 100 miles !!

lesli66 I have the V-6, have 18,000 miles, mostly in small town driving 25-35, with the occasional 3 mile freeway stretch from one side of town to the other. I get 21-23 consistently in town, which for my 2nd job (pizza delivery) is pretty good. If I am not in a hurry on a 70-75 mph road trip, I easily get 33-34. If I push to 80+ its down to about 29. I couldn't be happier with it, well unless I had gotten the LT, remote start and power seat.. the only things I really miss.

SC2150 Last front mount super charger we finished last month the owner fly in and drove back to PA from FL, and averaged 28 MPG. Have one of the top mounts in for upgrades and he averaged 24.8 on the 3 hour drive here. Optimize these and they can get great fuel economy.

bubba the read out in the dash is not that accurate be sure and figure it out from fill up to fill up. Also note that using E10 results in lower mileage as compared to unleaded 87, "top tier fuel" is highly recommended. Some states like Nebraska allow E15 or higher, watch out and be a smart consumer.
