When driving at night top down, does anyone have a problem with fogging on the inside of the windshield? I turn on the defogger, and try different temps and fan speeds and the best I can get is the lower portion clear and the fog dancing around the top.... very distracting... might just need to clean the windshield though...

Clean your windshield really good. If it happens again, see if it leaves a film on your windshield. I think if it does leave a greasy film then you may have a heater core leak. If not you probley have mostiure in your vents. Could be from leaving top down and due getting in or possibley a water leak around the firewall. Thats all I can think of.

I know I need to clean the inside of my windshield and am hoping that is the issue. I have tried everything from no air, to full air and the best I get is the dancing fog on the top half of the glass... will clean windshield, and retest....

Its probley the fresh air vent that is blowing on your window. There is moisture somewhere. It probley only happens when you are driving, right? Thats what has happened to me.

Well, I have been hella busy and Camaro is fun car so not much time to mess with it... Did drive it the other evening, due to threat of rain top stayed up... No fogging... hmmmm... tried all sorts of settings from none at all to full on defrost... could not duplicate the same issue, leading away from ac issues, heater core leaks moisture etc... must just be in the way the outside air is cooled as it crosses the header panel and 'turbulates' I dunno...
