obxbill Congrats, man!!! They took care of you the way any car company should do. BTW, does the V-6 car wake up more after 1500mi like the V-8 cars do? Just curious.

cmwalker12 She is BACK!!!!!!!! oh how i missed her! GM and my dealer got her to me 1 week sooner than expected new engine is in and i havent stopped my camaro grin since!!!!! its like a new car all over agian, come on 1500 miles!!!!!thganks again to all those who have helped and guided me on getting her back!!!!!!!!

so step one, start a case with chevy customer assistance 1-800-222-1020.

Step 2 call the service manager and tell him you want the area GM rep involved for a replacement not repair, give him your customer assistance case #.
