Deputy347k9 United States Marine 1969-1991 and wishing I could do it all over again. Retired and went back to my home state as a LEO. Retired from that and decided I was going back to our Corps. Well they wouldn't take the old man but I moved to NC, next door to Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. On the base at a minimum of 3 times weekly. Makes me feel young again. During the last two years I have had a few great days shooting at a local range with the "New Bree"! I get a chance to show them that just because there is snow on the chimney top does not mean there isn't a spark in the fireplace.

Went home on leave in October of 1968 and bought a 1969 Road Runner. Thought it was pretty fast until I drove it back to California to find that my buddy bought a '69 Camaro SS 396 Convertible.
Thank you both for your service

James, you not any older than my dad he was a Seabee in Vietnam in 66/67/68 time frame
