A worthy driver of an M6 SS reported for duty at the SCCA Hoosier Challenge hosted at the Grissom Reserve AFB in Peru today. Driving in F-Stock he took the Silver-6 (driven by yours truly in STX) by 1.1 seconds on a 53 second auto-x course laid out where the B-52s were historically parked. Sad for me? Sure. But it was somewhat inevitable. It only took so long because C5s are so rare in auto-x. His best raw time was 52.9 while mine was 54.0. We are indexed, but who cares? This is Camaro to Camaro, and he won fair and square.
B.G.: Be thou saluted!
