Hey South Carolina

The wife and I are taking the Camaro on a vacation to South Carolina the last week of April. Going to be staying in Garden City. Any MC members down that way?

I'm in Orangeburg county.
When I head to the coast, I go to Charleston, SC. If you have time, run down to Charleston for the day.

I think the other SC members are out driving their Camaros! It's been sunny with temps in the 80s and 90s this past week. It will cool down to the 70s for this weekend. I'm usually at Lake Marion on the weekends where I don't have internet service. PM me early in the week when I'm home. Even if we can't meet up, y'all still need to spend a day in Charleston. Just head south on US Hwy 17.

We are leaving on the 22nd and driving to Ashville NC to see the Biltmore estate, then from there to Garden City by the 24th.

Biltmore should be beautiful in the spring. We went during Christmas a few years ago. It's hard to believe one man had so much money to build a house like that!

Some of my Charleston favorites:
eat at RB's on Shem Creek
carriage ride downtown
walk along the water front and battery
Drayton Hall and Magnolia Plantations on the Ashley River
harbor cruise to Fort Sumter
Fort Moultrie and stroll on nearby beach
USS Yorktown
walk on the Ravenel bridge
boat ride on the Cooper River

WOW! Sound's like there is alot to do.I don't think we will have time to do it all but, we'll get in as much as we can. Only 7 day's to blast off. We decided to stay in Ashville for two day's so we could see most if not all of the Biltmore Estate. I will P.M. you when we plan on going to Charleston.
