Fastlane vs. Hennessey Camaro Challenge

Fastlane, Inc. is Houston's finest aftermarket automotive specialists. Fastlane has been denied numerous times by local competitor Hennessey Performance to a Camaro race. So, we are taking the challenge to the people. We need your support to help us make an offer that Hennessey can't refuse: put their customized Camaro up against ours to see who is the king of after market Camaros! Even if you are not familiar with either company, everyone enjoys a good ol' fashioned race. Show your support and tell everyone you know because there is always strength in numbers!
Check us out at www.FastlaneTurbo.com. Be sure to add us on Facebook and join our Fastlane vs. Hennessey Camaro Challenge 2010 fan page.

visited their shop the 2nd day i had my car to get my exhaust and their intake installed.

very nice shop! in a very nice part of town!

Fastlane makes quality stuff but their location IMO isn't the best. and Hennessey is way out in BFE near Sealy.

i wouldn't ever take my car to ARD, my buddy has a 98 z28 they F***ed up really bad on, pretty much told him that the heads/cam they installed along with a bunch of nitrous was safe, well 1st trip down the track, the motor blew! in fact while i was at LMR, some guy brought a T/A in that had been worked on by ARD. it was running really rough, and when they pulled the valve covers off they found that they used the wrong push rods for the rocker arm ratio it was running

G-Force down in Pearland is a great shop too. they built my cousin's 10.5 outlaw Mustang... to bad he went with a ford though

Yeah, I have been to LMR's Dyno days this Summer and it is very nice.

They dynoed a 10 with Hennessey CAI and then with theirs.....+15 iirc OVER hennessy.

wonder if both were with the hood closed, or if they just opened the hood on theirs... that makes a big difference

both intakes are designed nearly the same, only difference is the LMR is plastic and has a larger filter... and i'll take the one with a larger filter anyday.

i like the LMR CAI i had, but i felt i would gain more with the ADM race intake & scoop, which i did according to the Jannetty Racing intake comparison tests

Both hoods were open.

i guess they just wanted to impress the owner's with better times than what it would be on the track.

they did the same thing to a guy with a CAI Inc intake, both with hood open... obviously the one open to the air and not sealed will give you a better number than with the hood closed.
