Functioning Hideaways on Walters elkland Camaros

I LOVE IT! Well someone has gone and done what they said couldn't be done. Since the introduction of the 5thGen, people have been screaming for HIDEAWAY headlights, just like the old days. WeC edition Camaros-Well here you go.....

The stripes are just right too.

I've though about covering the headlights, but I love my halos, they look like eyes. When I come home driving my wife's car, and open the garage, and see my car in there, it's like a panther ready to pounce from the dark. So no covers for me, but it is pretty neat.

Oh, and why is that car badged RS when those aren't halo lights?

I found $80 in my jeans pocket. The kid in me said "buy nerf guns and candy!" But then the adult in me said "buy vodka, nerf guns and candy!"

Since 67-69's Hideaways have been an RS option and it's a retro theme, I assume the they Badged it RS to keep with that tradition.

The headlight openings are too small IMHO, and obscure part of the headlight. Plus, for those of us who live in states that require front license plates, the look would be spoiled by that stupid front plate. I like to see these kinds of things becoming available though.
