Bumblebee "Evolution of a Hero" Target-Exclusive 2-Pack Delayed

Tuesday, September 25th, 2007 2:54PM CDT

Some fans have been receiving emails regarding the release date of the "Evolution of a Hero" 2-pack, the set contains both the 1974 and 2008 (with exclusive battle-damage) Camaro Bumblebee and is exclusive to Target stores.

The original release date was scheduled for September, but now it seems the figures will not ship out until November 25th

Definitely a cool set.

But why do they call it a 2008 Camaro when it's a 2009? Noobs!

Does anyone else find it ironic that they can't keep the transformer toys on the shelves, and yet Transformers was originally a toy, then a cartoon, then a movie, then a toy again? And Hasbro is the company behind it all?

I found $80 in my jeans pocket. The kid in me said "buy nerf guns and candy!" But then the adult in me said "buy vodka, nerf guns and candy!"

They are in Targets now on sale at 15.99. Were supposed to be part of the DVD release on Tuesday, but the local stores put them out early I guess. Also, the Ultimate Bumblebees are now 71.99 in case anyone is interested.
