I guess it is possible to lose a little low end torque, but should gain some top end at least. Give the computer a little time to adjust.

i saw you post up in my other thread tony

with most exhaust systems they say that it takes about 500-1000 miles for proper break in to occur

drive the car a bit more and see if she starts to feel better after the break in period. if not then it might be time to cut your loses and get that system off and look for something else. but give it some time first. the tone might even get deeper as it all breaks in too

welcome to alberta we eat cow, drill oil and rope calves

wants to push you down a flight of stairs to see if you are like a slinky or if you bounce like a ball... either way, I am quite sure I will be amused

I had my car on the dyno before and after a complete exhaust system. Kooks LTs with high flow cats and a Borla cat back system. I gained 5 rwhp. Then came the dyno tune and I am up 20 rwhp for a total of 370 rwhp.

2SS/RS L99 A6, RotoFab CAI, Kooks LT headers w/High Flow cats, Borla CAT back, Heritage grill, SmartMirror, ABL lighting, drilled and slotted rotors w/Hawk pads, 400 watt amp.

Life is too short to drive an ugly car.
I bought mine from Camaro Scotty!

I think this pacesetter tfx system stinks, so I took it off and back with the stock stuff, the car feels 110% better, I'm going to write a bad review about the pacesetter catback system. Thx for the feed back folks,

Your my peps

Glad to hear that. IMO if you didn't like the sound now...you weren't going to like it later. When I fired up my car the first time after the headers were installed...it was like music to my ears. There was no need for a break-in period in hopes of it getting better.

I've had to scrap a few mods myself so I give you kudos on knowing when to cut your losses and move on!

What mods are you trying to optimize with a Trifecta tune?

There is a local Trifecta authorized tune shop in my area but after several extensive discussions with the guy...I will wait for a hand held tuner myself. The mods I have done already have added a decent amount of at engine hp so optimizing my mods with a tune would be great...but I want the control.
