Just curious to see if anyone knows the size of the stock exhaust tips on the LT. The exhaust im looking at says 4 inch tips and i was just wondering if they were bigger than the stock ones. id like to fill up those exhaust exit holes a little better!

As I said in the other thread where you asked this you could just go out and measure them~

Here's a thread that I found that taught me a few things I didn't know on this subject.

Envy, Thanks that was a good read. I never really thought about it. It makes sense. I would have thought that GM took all this into consideration when they engenered the Camaro. So now I am rethinking my idea of placing an X-pipe in my exhaust I know it has a basic H-pipe. I still only want to do the american thunder exhaust, I'm not sure about headers. I beleive the car has enought power and only am looking at the sound when I get on it. Since I am no longer into street racing, (oh what was another life, back in the 70's).
